Dave is a board-certified internal medicine physician and clinical informaticist. He has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing digital health interventions in primary care settings. Optimizing care delivery is his passion.
Ajay Dharod, MD
Co-founder & CTA
Ajay majored in Computer & Electrical Engineering before attending medical school and specializing in internal medicine. Like Dave, Ajay is also board-certified in clinical informatics. Ajay is the tech wizard of our team.
Cassie Allen
Head of Commercial Development
Cassie brings over a decade of experience in commercial leadership to mPATH. Her expertise includes business development, marketing, commercial operations, and strategic leadership in the biotech industry. Cassie’s passion is working to improve outcomes for people living with cancer and chronic health conditions.

Danyal specializes in the creation and refinement of comprehensive software solutions, harnessing the power of AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and leading full-stack technologies. As Head of Software Development, Danyal is passionate about leading innovative teams and optimizing digital health interventions to improve patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.

Peter is an operations specialist and co-founder of three startups, including a healthcare software company with a successful exit. Peter’s experience includes Healthcare Technology delivery and support, Finance and Accounting, Regulatory Compliance (FDA, CMS, HIPAA), and Strategic Partnerships.
Red Maxwell
Board Director
Red is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and technology executive. Red served as Chief Marketing Officer for Bigfoot Biomedical taking it through FDA clearance and commercial launch prior to its acquisition by Abbott Laboratories (ABT). As CMO and Board Director for AvidXchange (AVDX), he helped scale the FinTech company from startup to IPO.
George “Geo” Rafferty
Strategic Advisor
George “Geo” is an accomplished healthcare executive and strategic advisor with a proven track record of achieving results in competitive markets. Before retiring from Cencora (COR) in 2023, he led the Corporate Partnership commercial segment, managing major partners and driving innovative solutions to improve patient health outcomes. Geo has also held various leadership roles in sales, marketing, and trade relations, including a 17-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson (JNJ).
